    The Philippines moved to take concrete action to tackle climate change through a new program that will ensure the integration of disaster risk reduction and sustainable development in development plans and programs of the national and local governments. The program will be implemented by the Climate Change Commission with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
