    Excerpt
A deeper excavation (above) is being prepared for a "bigger and better" storm drainage outfall at Boracay's Bulabog Beach, according to the Environmental department. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority leads the construction of the drainage outfall at the beach where high coliform level was recorded. A 1-kilometer drainage pipe(left) is also set up there. Environment secretary Roy Cimatu ordered water concessionaires in Boracay to ensure the water must first be treated before discharged into the sea.
