Residents who can gather a sack of plastic garbage from the beach line of Baybay village here will be rewarded with sardines. This was the offer of former senator and interior and local government secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II to residents of Brgy. Baybay. “I will offer two cans of sardines for every sack of plastic garbage gathered from the beach of the coastal villages here,” Roxas told the residents.
