San Miguel Corp can build a bridge between Boracay Island and Caticlan in 2 years, said its president Ramon Ang, adding the conglomerate was ready to submit its proposal to government. "We think we can build the bridge within 2 years. All concrete. Passable ang ilalim ng barko (Ships can pass below). It can handle sewage and all solid waste," he said. The government shuttered Boracay for 6 months from late April to give way to a massive cleanup.
