The campaign to build a coral nursery in the Town of Santa Cruz, Marinduque province, was started on Earth Day by the Coral Movement of the group Heirs of the World Inc. with help from the Santa Cruz Mayor Marisa Red Martinez, Miss Earth Foundation and National Coast Watch Center of the Philippine Coast Guard.
