    Seawater samples for laboratory testing were taken from areas in Barangay Banago affected by the oil leak from a pipeline of Petron Corp. Negros Island Region's Office of Environment Monitoring and Enforcement Division (OEMED) inspected puroks Baybayon, Alalahoy and Lilang, and took the samples together with the Philippine Coast Guard.
