Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Assistant Secretary Charles Jose urged the public on Apr. 27, 2016 to spread awareness and understanding of the West Philippine Sea dispute with China.“We want an informed citizenry who can make informed decisions,” Jose said. Jose was here as part of the DFA’s year-long campaign with the Philippine Information Agency to heighten the country’s consciousness on the West Philippine Sea issue.
