The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD), one of the sectoral councils under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), will be celebrating its seventh anniversary on June 22, 2018. It will be held at the prestigious Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City This year’s anniversary theme is adopted from PCAARRD’s new corporate tagline: “Excellence in Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Innovations.”
