A green sea turtle rescued from Chinese tourists in Sta. Ana, Cagayan was released back to the sea on Thursday. Officials of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) were at a resort at the freeport in Barangay San Vicente on Wednesday when they saw Chinese tourists taking pictures of the sea turtle in a sack at around 8:30 a.m.The tourists told the officials that they bought the turtle from a fisherman.
