    Farmers and fisherfolk in Aklan, Antique, Guimaras, and Iloilo will receive today P315.7 million worth of projects from the Department of Agriculture (DA). DA secretary Proceso Alcala will lead the turnover of farm-to-market roads (FMR), farm machineries and fishery projects to associations and local government units at the Rose Memorial Hall of Central Philippine University here.
