BFAR lifts red tide warning

All waters monitored by authorities are free of red tide toxins, the fisheries bureau announced on Monday. "Based on the latest laboratory results of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) and Local Government Units (LGUs), shellfish collected in all coastal waters monitored are now free of red tide toxins," the agency said in its Shellfish Bulletin No. 14 dated April 23, 2016.
