The Boracay Inter-Agency Task Force declared Oct. 15 as the “Aklan Day in Boracay.” Oct. 15 is the start of the 11-day dry-run in view of the Oct. 26 island reopening. The task force said the declaration is to appreciate various stakeholders in Aklan for their support to Boracay’s rehabilitation.
