The 2018 East Asian Seas Congress will be held from Nov. 27 to 30. Around 900 have confirmed their attendance as of Monday, according to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region 6. The host agency estimated that 37 percent of those who have confirmed were local delegates and 63 percent were international delegates.en
