Four men were apprehended for illegal fishing in the seawaters of Barangay Chambery, Manapla, Negros Occidental, police said. They were identified as Cesar Teraña, 49, Ruel Rojo, 40, Abolaiz Pandao, 46, and Anthony Escota, 20 – all residents of Manapla. Officers from the Manapla municipal police station arrested the fishermen around 6:35 p.m. on Thursday.
