The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department will hold a training course on Mangrove Ecology, Taxonomy and Community Structure on April 15 to 20 at AQD's Tigbauan Main Station in Tigbauan, Iloilo and Ibajay, Aklan, a press release from SEAFDEC said. The Training course, which will be undertaken in cooperation with Rebuilding Resilience of Coastal Populations and Aquatic Resources, aims to provide the participants with technical knowledge and skills to identify and characterized mangrove species and select appropriate species for replanting.
