Employees and officers of 7-Eleven came together to plant trees at the Marikina Watershed as part of the week-long celebration for 7-Eleven Day, which falls on July 11. 7-Eleven celebrated 7-Eleven Day by planting 1,550 saplings. The Marikina Watershed is a 26,125-hectare area protected by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources because of its rich biodiversity and its crucial role in mitigating flooding in Metro Manila.
