A third-year high school Special Science and Technology Class student of the Capiz National High School will represent the Philippines to the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) to be held at Reno, Nevada, the USA on May 10 - 16, 2009. Angeli Joyce Yap Dy was chosen as of one of the Philippine representatives to the international contest. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Dy and Angela Joie Yap. Her research adviser is Ronilo Aponte and consultants are: Dr. Sonia Jacinto and Dr. Anacleto Arganyosa, all are professors of UP Diliman, Quezon City; Dr. Rolando Pakingking and Mr. Francis Xevier Legario, all of SEAFDEC, AQD, Tigbauan, Iloilo City.
