    A student of the Capiz National High School was acknowledge in an international Science tilt in the United States. Angeli Joyce Yap Dy, 14, bagged the second place at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) held in Reno, Nevada, USA last May 14. Dy, whoose work revolved around attributes of local milkfish or bangus, was awarded under the category of projects that best demonstrate the use of chemistry to diagnose diseases and to treat patients.
