    Excerpt
Fisherfolks in Estancia, particularly in oil Spill-stricken Botongon village, still cannot collect, consume and sell fish and other marine products in the affected area. Remia Aparri of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) said they have yet to determine if fish in Botongon is safe for human consumption. Aparri said samples of fish, shellfish and the water are still being analyzed by the Oil Spill Program Laboratory of the University of the Philippines Visayas.
