A third party team validated the 86 percent reforestation accomplishment of the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office's (PENRO-Iloilo) Mangrove and Beach Forests Development Program (MBFDp) from Feb. 19 to 23, 2016. PENRO-Iloilo implemented the MBFDP in 18 sites covering 811 hectares in the coastal towns of Barotac Nuevo, Dumangas, Ajuy, and Conception.en
