    Excerpt
The NDRRMC monitored 10 incidents upon the entry and exit of Domeng in the Philippine Area of Responsibility. Meanwhile, big waves along the West Philippines Sea have prevented fishermen in Bagac, Bataan from going out to sea. Roberto Alejo of Barangay Pag-asa said, “More than 200 fishermen have not been able to go out to sea for more than a week now. To earn a living, fishermen have to work as extras in construction firms.”
