The head of the Roxas City Bantay Dagat Task Force (RCBDTF) is dismayed by order of the Agriculture Office to release the fishing gears of suspected illegal fishers. Punong Barangay Manuel Aninang of Olotayan and concurrent RCBDTF chief questioned the action of Acting City Agriculturist Anabelle Albay to release the fishing paraphernalia of Nino Yabes of Brgy. Barra here. Aninang said Yabes has not paid the corresponding penalties and fines after his fishing boat FB Twin was caught by RCBDTF for alleged illegal fishing on Jan 18, 2018.
