    Excerpt
The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) will conduct its nationwide recruitment examination for its fisheries scholarship program on Feb. 24. Nestor Domenden, BFAR Region 1 director, said the scholarship is open in two categories - Fisheries Scholarship Program for Industry Leaders (IL) and Fisherfolk Children Educational Grant (FCEG). The IL scholarship is exclusive to the top 10 of the senior high school graduating class while the FCEG are for SHS graduating students whose parents are registered fisherfolk in their city or municipality.
