It was adopted after a five-hour deliberation on Oct. 5, the last of the two-day High-Level Policy Dialogue on Food Security and Blue Economy (HLPD-FSBE). The action plan consists of three priorities: fish loss reduction; resilient oceans, coastal resources and ecosystems, and sustainable aquaculture; and agri-business development.en
