    The provincial bantay dagat task forces arrested six fishermen engaged in twarl fishing off the cost of Bago island in barangay talotoan, concepcion town. The task force'spatrol operation was conducted from oct. 15 to 24. Using the prohibited active gear cost the following fishermen and their boat owners, who were residents of the island, a fine of P2,500 each.
