ILOILO City - The recently-concluded results of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) High Level Policy Dialogue on Food Security and Blue Economy meetings here will benefit small-scale farmers and fishers, said the Department of Agriculture (DA). As a matter of fact, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) will put up 500 fish landings in various communities nationwide.
