ASIA Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meetings on food security and blue economy in Iloilo City will focus on concerns of farmers who are into micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Agriculture Undersecretary R. Serrano said the APEC events will not only benefit big businessmen. Yesterday, the delegates toured the Southeast Asian Development Center (SEAFDEC) Aquaculture Department at Tigbauan, Iloilo as part of the seminar on reducing food looses.
