Small fishing boats will no longer be allowed at the Bredco (Bacolod Real Estate Development Corp.) port. Buoys will mark the "no fishing and no sailing zones" at the port, said Lieutenant Commander Ramil Palabrica, head of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Bacolod.
