Agriculture Secretary Proceso J. Alcala has not received the names of nominees to head the Southeast Aian Fisheries Development Center-Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD). Alcala discloses this on Tuesday after a press briefing on the agricultural performance for 2011 at the Department of Agriculture (DA). He said, "no recommendation has been forwarded to my office".
