The importance of agriculture to the country's economy will be highlighted during the five-day Regional Agri-Aqua Trade Fair, December 7-11, 2015, at the Evelio B. Javier Freedom Park, here. Provincial Agriculturist Nicolasio S. Calawag said that the Regional Agri-Aqua Trade Fair will feature products from the provinces of Region 6 and four other regions from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Calawag said local farmers, producers and fisherfolks were also invited to attend the Market Matching activity, Investment Opportunities Seminar, Farmers Congress and Technology Demonstrations to update their skills and knowledge on modern agricultural technologies and develop their entrepreneurial skills.
