    Excerpt
A fisherfolk association here asked the support of experts to further promote aquaculture of high-value commercial fish species. Capiz Provincial Agriculturist Slyvia dela Cruz said they have tapped the expertise of Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) officials in Iloilo to provide scientific lectures on grouper culture. Dela Cruz said some 20 members of the Roxas City Aquaculture Association (RACA) attended a recently concluded training on grouper cage culture here.
