    Excerpt
The European Union (EU) has lifted its warning on yellow card to the Philippines on fishing and issued a green card to the country following improved efforts against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing. This means the Philippines can fully optimize fishery exports to EU. In a statement, the European Commission delegation in the Philippines said the EU revoked the yellow card issued in June 2014, acknowledging "Philippines' efforts to partner up with us in fighting illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing."
