Policarpio Altamia Jr., chairman of the City Fishery and Aquatic Resources Management Council (CFARMC), said the City Agriculturist Office (CAO) recommended the declaration of the open harvest. The CAO will issue the permit for diwal gathering. Applicants are required to attend orientation conducted by the Coastal Resource Management (CRM) before the issuance of the permit and only registered boats can be used in the harvest. | en |
