    Excerpt
The Iloilo City government has allowed Dakasi Milk Tea House at Smallville Complex in Mandurriao to re-open but with strict conditions. City Hall required the company to submit milk tea products it intends to sell to laboratory tests for possible toxic substances and harmful microorganisms. On Wednesday, a cup of milk pudding or leche plan from Dakasi Tea House was brought to the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) in Tigbauan, Iloilo for testing. The milk pudding was suspected to be the main cause of ailments suffered by over 50 complainants.
