This is to inform the general public that the area along the shores of Laguna de Bay in Tapao Point, Brgy. Pipindan, Binangonan, Rizal occupied by the Binangonan Freshwater Station (BFS) of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC/AQD) is a reserved area for research and promotion of fisheries development in the Philippines by virtue of Pres. Proc. No. 1658, s. 1977. The Binangonan Freshwater Station is fully operational and continues to implement its mandates and programs.
