    Excerpt
The coastal waters of Bolinao and Anda towns in Pangasinan remain positive for red tide toxin, according to the latest advisory of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR). In Shellfish Bulletin 8, Series of 2015, BFAR Region 1 Director Nestor Domenden said concerned local government units were advised to require market inspectors, quarantine officers and administrators to demand clearance from transporters and dealers of fish and shellfish to ensure that it did not come from areas found positive for paralytic shellfish poisoning.
