    The Philippines on Sunday has called on its fellow members in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to push for a halt against Beijing's "massive reclamation in the South China Sea". Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert F. del Rosario made these remarks in a speech before ASEAN foreign ministers in Malaysia on Sunday, the same day the Philippine military confirmed that Chinese vessels"Challenged" a Filipino plane on patrol over the territory disputed both by Manila and Beijing.
