    Excerpt
Philippine Coast Guard personnel on Monday arrested 31 fishers for illegally harvesting diwal (angel wing clam) off the coast of Barangay Talon. The fishers violated City Ordinance No. 016-2007, which provides guidelines for the utilization, management, conservation, and regulation of fishery and aquatic resources here, according to City Agriculturist Rizaldy Astrolabio. The Office of the City Agriculturist has the power to declare an open season for diwal harvest.
