In Tibiao, Antique, a foot spa is attracting a lot of attention. It uses fish. During a treatment, customers place their feet in tanks of warm, fresh water containing dozens of fishes. They suck and gently nibble away at dry and dead skin. The end result is said to leave the feet feeling refreshed and healthy.
