Eighty percent of coral reefs in Pandan, Antique were destroyed during the onslaught of super typhoon "Yolanda" in November 2013, according to video documentary on coral restoration efforts in the province. The documentary, directed by internationally acclaimed director Brillante Mendoza, was released yesterday. It was about the government's science-based "Filipinnovation Coral Restoration Program" implemented in Antique province's Pandan and Anini-y towns.
