    Excerpt
The government's information campaign on the territorial row at West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) has reached Cebu. More than a hundred representatives from various sectors attended the forum that aims to raise awareness on the sea dispute and get public support to the government's policies and actions to address it. All Filipinos must be aware of the tension at West Philippine Sea, said Lieutenant General Nicanor Vivar, commander of the Armed Forces OF the Philippines' Central Commander (Centcom).
