    Excerpt
A concrete runaway suitable for military use being built by China in a disputed part of the south china sea has aroused worldwide concern as global trade is expected to be hit by China reclamation, according to President Aquino."We keep asserting that the problem in south china sea is not a regional problem" the president told reporters yesterday in Tarlac City, Tarlac in response to recent satellite images showing chinas rapid progress in building an airstrip in contested territory in the Spratly Islands. The President agreed with the Group of 7 leaders’ expression of concern over China’s reclamation work in the South China Sea on Wednesday, saying the Philippines has aired the same sentiment before.
