    Excerpt
The Iloilo provincial government urged national government agencies running after illegal fishers to be aggressive and relentless. This was after the provincial Bantay Dagat single-handedly apprehended the third Danish seine operator that resurfaced in Carles town on Monday. Piedad said the eight will face multiple charges for violation of Section 86 of Republic Act 8550, Fisheries Administrative Order (FAO) No. 246 (Ban on the Use of Danish Seine), and FAO No. 201 (Ban on the Use of Active Gears in Municipal Waters) in relation to sections 90 and 92 of RA 8550.
