Typhoon Seniang left some ₱53 million worth of damage in Northern Mindanao's fish industry, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) said on Saturday. The BFAR is working with the Balingasag municipal government in Misamis Oriental for the rehabilitation of the fish cages. The BFAR Region 10 office will procure nets amounting to P11.89 million and fingerlings.
