DENR accepting applications for protected areas permit

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is ready to accept applications for permit for protected areas as the indefinite suspension for its issuance has been lifted after seven years. Special Use Agreement for Protected Areas or SAPA is a tenurial instrument issued for the productive use of a protected area as defined under Republic Act No. 7586 or the National Integrated Protected Areas System Act of 1992, while maintaining its status as a PA.
