    Excerpt
Clearing and dismantling operation at the Laguna Lake will get into full swing starting this month, as the government aims to finish it in time for President Duterte’s second State of the Nation Address. The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) said clearing operations resumed Friday after the board resolution calling large-scale fish pen operators to self-dismantle expired end-March. LLDA general manager Jaime Medina said first to be removed are 30 fish pens, each measuring from five to 50 hectares, either owned by individuals or companies.
