Foreign tourists take photos of an olive ridley hatchling released into the sea in San Juan, La Union hours after the sea turtles were hatched in a facility run by a volunteer conservation group. World Wildlife Day 2017 was celebrated the other day to encourage people to rally together to address ongoing major threats to wildlife including habitat change, overexploitation and illicit trafficking.
