MMK is a BFAR program that recognizes outstanding initiatives and contributions of coastal municipalities/cities to sustainable fisheries development. Joel Abalayan of BFAR-6 said winners shall receive P30 million worth of fisheries livelihood projects for the national level and P2 million for the regional level. Runners up shall receive P18M and P10M for national level and P1M and P300,000 for the regional level.en
