MMK is a BFAR program that recognizes outstanding initiatives and contributions of coastal municipalities/cities to sustainable fisheries development. Joel Abalayan of BFAR-6 said winners shall receive P30 million worth of fisheries livelihood projects for the national level and P2 million for the regional level.
