A massive fish kill has been monitored in Isabel, Negros Occidental. The affected villages were Tinongan and Panaquaio, said Municipal Agriculturist Arturo Calma. Dead fishes, including tilapia, mudfish and eel, were found floating at the Binalbagan River that connects the barangays on May 23.
