Personnel of the Salcedo Municipal Police Station assist men from BFAR and MENRO header by Danilo P. Duran in rescuing a lost dolphin found at the r=territorial waters of Barangay Butig, Salcedo, Eastern Samar on Wednesday. Barangay residents sought help after finding the weak dolphin, which was freed farther from the shoreline.
